| Brief purpose of the study: | The Department of Radiology is conducting a research study to investigate the relationship between pulmonary vascular function and cerebral blood flow before and after the administration of Sirolimus. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will undergo medical evaluations, including Magnetic Resonance (MR) brain and lung imaging and blood, saliva and at-home stool sample collections. During the lung MRI only, subjects may be asked to inhale hyperpolarized xenon-129 gas. For approximately four weeks, participants will be required to take one sirolimus pill daily. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | Healthy adults aged 45-65 |
