Utility of Ultrasonography in predicting clinical response following prostate artery embolization in patients with lower urinary tract symptoms from benign prostatic enlargement

Brief purpose of the study:The purpose of the research study is to evaluate the use of contrast enhanced ultrasound (US) and US elastography in predicting how an individual responds to prostate artery embolization.
Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do:Participants will undergo two different US procedures on three separate visits. Some questionnaires may also be completed at each visit.
Basic eligibility criteria:Males, greater than 45 years and older who have moderate to severe lower urinary tract symptoms that have not responded to medical treatment.
