Humanized monoclonal antibody inhibition of PSA for a male non-hormonal contraceptive

Brief purpose of the study:The purpose of the research study is to identify novel antibody that can inhibit semen liquefaction process in humans as a new contraceptive method.
Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do:The subject will be asked to answer eligibility questionnaire (prescreening), read consent, and provide semen via self-masturbation. The entire process will take approximately 45 min to 1 hr including prescreening, reading consent, and proving the sample. You will be asked to come to the NextGen Precision Health Building to read the consent and provide the sample.
Basic eligibility criteria:A healthy men in the reproductive age (18 years or older). You will be prescreened to determine the eligibility for a research study. The prescreening will take ~5 min.
