| Brief purpose of the study: | The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions about organizational DEI programs and training. We are interested in people's perceptions about goals, procedures, and outcomes of organizational DEI programs and training. Ultimately, we are interested in understanding the preconceived notions around organizational DEI programs and training. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will be asked to fill out a Qualtrics interest form and if selected, they will participate in a 45-60 minute semi-structured interview via zoom. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | 18 or older
Have previous work experience (volunteer and retirees apply)
Live in the U.S.
