| Brief purpose of the study: | The purpose of the research study is to help enhance understanding about what motivates and prevents teachers from engaging in racial equity interventions focused on reducing teacher racial bias in the classroom, and improve outcomes in schools for youth from marginalized and minoritized racial and ethnic groups. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Teachers will complete a 45-60 minute audio-video recorded interview conducted over Zoom Pro. Participation in this research study is voluntary. Teachers will be compensated via a $50 check for completing a Zoom interview. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | Current employment as a PK-12 public school teacher in the United States. |
