| Brief purpose of the study: | Our goal is to provide students with an eye-opening experience into the field of medicine. By offering firsthand exposure to the medical field through clinician-led lectures and hands-on workshops, we aim to diversify the demographics of those entering the medical profession. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | The students will be asked to complete a pre- and post-event survey to evaluate the impact of the conference. Completion of the surveys will take approximately 15 minutes in total. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | We welcome all high school students who are interested in exploring the field of medicine. |
