Learn Semiconductor Fabrication with AI-Assisted Extended Reality

Brief purpose of the study:The project is to conceive, develop, and assess an innovative microfabrication cleanroom training program, leveraging the cutting-edge technology of extended reality (XR) and generative artificial intelligence (GAI).
Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do:Learning semiconductor microfabrication through a hands-on training program using a Virtual Reality headset (Meta Quest) and/or a Mixed Reality headset (HoloLens 2). They will also complete the pre and post test and interview.
Basic eligibility criteria:You are a current student at the University of Missouri from the College of Engineering or other disciplines Interested in semiconductor microfabrication and/or Virtual Reality related technology
