Race-Based Generational Trauma and Black Emerging Adulthood: A Phenomenological Exploration

Brief purpose of the study:The study is intended the understand the ways in which Black emerging adults experience and cope with race-based generational trauma.
Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do:Participants will be asked to engage in one 75-minute, semi-structured, individal interview.
Basic eligibility criteria:Participants will be Mizzou students who are between the ages of 18 and 26. Participants must identify as Black, have knowledge of parents'/caregivers' experiences of racial injustice, and endorse firsthand experiences of racial injustice.
