| Brief purpose of the study: | The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of workplace characteristics on attempts to quit or cut down alcohol use or to maintain alcohol-related goals that have already been achieved. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will be asked to participate in online and Zoom screening, a Zoom orientation meeting, and two weeks of three times daily smartphone surveys. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | Age 18+, current desire to quit or cut down alcohol consumption OR having successfully done so in the past, working at least 20 hours per week |
