| Brief purpose of the study: | This project uses a survey to identify language and grammar markers faculty in higher ed use to judge whether a draft appears to be student-written or drafted by an AI. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will review three AI-written drafts and three student-written drafts (with permission from the authors); participants will then declare whether they believe the draft was AI or student-written, their level of confidence, and the heuristics used to make their decision. |
