| Brief purpose of the study: | The LLC Lab at the University of Missouri is seeking families who have concerns about their child's development. Help us understand shape and language learning in toddlers who may have autism or a language delay! |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will visit the MU Speech and Hearing clinic to complete language and cognitive assessments, and parents/caregivers will complete online surveys.
Families will be compensated up to $510 across the duration of the study, and we will provide developmental reports describing your child's performance. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | Age 16 to 19 months; No history of significant fetal or birth complications |
