| Brief purpose of the study: | The purpose of this study is 1) to explore how chronic pelvic pain impacts aspects of daily living and 2) the perceptions of the current chronic pelvic pain management strategies used by childbearing-aged females. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | If eligible to participate, participants will complete a brief online survey lasting about 10-15 minutes. Once the survey is completed, participants will be asked to complete a private interview lasting approximately 50 to 60 minutes where questions related to their survey answers and pain management strategies are discussed. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | To be included, females, defined as individuals assigned this specific biologic sex at birth, must be 1) between 18-50 years of age, 2) able to read/understand English, 3) have a self-reported recent history of CPP defined as non-cyclical pain lasting longer than 3 months that has occurred in the past 12 months from time of enrollment. |
