| Brief purpose of the study: | This study explores how integrative health and well-being coaching may affect brain function and overall well-being in adults experiencing symptoms of burnout, stress, or low mood. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will receive 12 individual coaching sessions at no cost (~90 minutes each) via secure video call over approximately 6 months, complete two MRI brain scans at the MU Brain Imaging Center (about 1 hour each), and fill out questionnaires at three time points. Compensation of $75 is provided for each brain scan ($150 total). |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | Adults aged 18–65 who are experiencing symptoms of burnout, caregiver stress, or low mood. Must be willing to complete coaching sessions, MRI scans, and questionnaires. Individuals with MRI contraindications (pacemakers, metallic implants, claustrophobia, pregnancy) or severe mental health conditions are not eligible. |
