| Brief purpose of the study: | This study aims to understand early changes in cognition by combining blood biomarkers, daily activity patterns, and memory performance in older adults. |
| Brief summary of what participants will be asked to do: | Participants will complete a blood draw, wear a wrist device to track activity and sleep, have small non-audio sensors placed in their home to measure daily routines, and complete brief memory tasks over time. The study lasts up to 12 months. |
| Basic eligibility criteria: | Adults age 60 years and older who are able to participate in study procedures, including blood collection, wearable use, and simple memory tasks. |
